Trying to collect a car at 13.30 today, and nobody is answering the phone, no direct phone number on the web or anywhere, central phone system just rings out to nothing. No email. Sure they are very good, but I cannot speak to them.
Would give one star. Awful experience recently was suppose to have a car last Monday (27-1-20) unable to fulfill this service and blamed an online booking error still have not recdibed my refund over a week later. Never again.
Had the parts I needed on the self and my vans 15 years old. Brilliant 👍
Hire car broke down this morning, got zero help from Europcar, the Guildford branch was not answering the phone ALL day- at one point it seemed they were answering but hanging up, the rest of the time it just went to the answer phone - which you can't leave a message on. Eventually we just got the RAC to dump the car at the branch - still not heard anything - fantastic customer service - AVOID
Urgh, wish I could pick up a car without having to interact with the rude, unhelpful staff
