Unfortunately I am very sad to write this review about a company that I have known & respected for many years I recently book my van in for some external strobe lights front & rear for when unloading roadside & extra revers lights etc I ask Paul over the counter to check a 12v phone plug in socket because it was not working & to also check my radio because it was not working correctly a technician from inside the workshop did also attend & he said that’s no problem it could be your aerial I then said no rush guys give me a call when it’s ready.. on collection I notice that the strobe lights did not flash correctly they were in fact connected like a hazard warning lights already on my van I did bring this to Paul’s attention but I could clearly here the technical/electrical guy saying he should of F...... said what he wanted I can’t F...... do it now he will have to F..... bring it back I assumed that the whole idea of strobe lights on a van that they should strobe or flash correctly...? I also inspected the 12v plug that was not working..? & the radio was not working correctly I did ask Paul & he said sorry we forgot...? My total bill was just over £500 pounds & I supplied the rear lights I personally feel that I was totally ripped off & paid well over the top for a very bad service and to here a member of staff to talk so loud so that I could hear him like it was my fault was very disappointing from as I thought a well reputable company..👎 I was absolutely fuming & could not wait to get out of that garage / workshop unfortunately the technician could not be perlite or listen In any way he basically messed up & he knows that... I would definitely Not Recommend this company because I personally feel that they have totally lost there direction & need to replace some of there staff very sad 👎👎👎👎

When I walked in no one was in the shop when I eventually got someone's attention, the lady looked at me as if i was not welcome, I got told to wait 10 minutes as staff were busy and when eventually i did get served the chap wandered off to help someone else in the middle of serving me. One of the items was a 30 amp fuse holder which didn't take the 8 swg power cable I also purchased at the same time. I was told that i have to remove some of the stands to get it in the small hole of the connector, what's the point in buying 8 swg cable if your going to reduce the cross section by half to get it in the hole that's the bit that will get hot and potentially cause a fire. When I asked for spade connectors was told just to split the cable in two and insert under the binding posts OK at the amp end but not very tidy when you had to ground on the body of the car or connect to the battery (again if i had an installation done by them like this it would have gone straight back), I had to purchase the correct connectors from ebay. Lot of a bodge in my opinion. Service not good, not attentive at all, terrible advice and sold me products that didn't do the job.

Great, quality service. I've had parking sensors fitted and rear windows tinted, both to an excellent standard 👍

If you need anything help, fitting or problem solving for car stereos, speaker, alarms, deadlocks, slamlocks, etc give them a call.
