We used Penny Care Hire recently. Their service was absolutely excellent, helping us to find the right sized car for a very decent price, at short notice. The car was clean and in good condition, and the handover was quick, easy and felt safe. Despite us returning the car slightly late and causing some accidental damage to the parcel shelf, the team at Penny were understanding and helpful. We weren't over-charged for the parcel shelf and the team went out of their way to source a new one at a reasonable price. We'll be using the company in future if we need to hire a car. Thanks!

Really great service my van had to go in due to a break down and I called and they had a van ready in hrs when no other main stream rethals could, I then had to extend the hire and they where really helpful. And also offered other vehicles if the one I had was rented after my initial rental thanks guy great service.
Amazing service. Great rates. Vehicle was cleanest I have ever hired. 100% recommend and will use again
