Visited yesterday. No toilet paper in gents. Hand wash basin was filthy around tap. M&S can't be proud of this. Whole outside area needs a big clean.

Good location for a pit stop, grab M&S FOODS on the go. Tyres inflators and water available. Loads or parking if you decided not to fill up.

Zero marshalling of mask wearing or social distancing, despite complaining. Avoid for the time being.

I thought that I had lost my wallet at these services. I phoned and spoke to the store manager, who clearly has no idea of customer service. I simply and politely asked if he could check at the pump which I had used as I suspected my wallet fell out of my pocket getting into my car. In his own words, he had a store to run, and the vast distance to walk to have a quick look for me was out of the question. Good luck with your career!

Customers service are very bad , they are ignoring customer order. So dear manager you must make lessons 'how they must doing service.
