I rent from Swansea Marina Pete Alan and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. I was furious when I received my check out report. They JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! I hired a cleaner to clean my house before move out and they’re still charging me £130. When I moved in I complained on the hygiene of the house and the equipments which are broken so they fixed the shower, toilet seats, washing machine and took away the super old chair after long wait. Now when I move out they are trying to charge me for the missing chair they took away! They charge £130 for A HAIR IN THE TOILET, spider web that was cleaned before returning the keys(but I could not ask the spider not to build the web again before they come to check!), and many tiny little things that just not make sense which take only few seconds to deal with! Please be aware before you rent from this agent!!
