Super impressed by their customer service. They even offer to pick up your heavy items and carry it and put it in your car. Yesterday (2/11/20) I was served by a really nice man who wore glasses a headset and a black mask and was working at till no 1 (I don't know his name) who offered to come and put our rug away for us in our car. We were dealt really nicely and would definitely come back to this place. They have been trained well and have superb manners. Definitely recommend for a department store.

Generally a good shop with some interesting items for sale. At present stock levels seem to be a bit low. However can recommend.

Great experience at TK Maxx Staines. Covid secure, plenty of space between groups of shoppers, and asked to wait away from the door to allow people to pass safely

Harassing and threatening disabled people for not wearing a mask. Staff on the door threatened a disabled person with management and tried to get them to wear a face covering, although they'd declared themselves exempt. They also demanded medical evidence as proof of exemption. There is no legal requirement for evidence of exemption to be provided to anyone. Somebody's medical records are between them and their doctor. This is private and confidential information that doesn't have to be given to anyone, especially not in order to enter a shop. It is sufficient for someone to declare that they are exempt direct with the person questioning them. No card, no medical proof, just their word! Obviously the management of this store and it's staff need further training.

Very big! Whole section for homeware. Much neater than other stores!
