I trained with Georgie in Ombré brows over 2 years ago now and she still continues to support me and teach me all her new and improved techniques. I highly recommend training with Georgie as she is so thorough and covers absolutely everything you need to know. Her knowledge is worth every penny! I was always nervous to write a review as there is a clause in your contract which you have to sign which says you are not allowed to write a bad review and if you do you can be fined £25,000 (makes you wonder why they had to add this in their contract).
I literally wasted all my money on the lip/brow combo that I got. Georgie did my eyebrows above where my actual hairs grow, when I questioned her she said don’t worry we can train my eyebrows to grow higher up. After getting them done, I repeatedly messaged them telling them I wasn’t happy and my eyebrows were flaky and patchy, I kept being told it was the process and to wait. Well I waited and now a year later it looks like I have nothing done, except for the darker parts above the tails of my eyebrows shaped like an eyebrow. Looks like I have an eyebrow shadow, other than that you would never know I had anything done. I have been to several other eyebrow technicians who offer the same stuff who have all turned around and have said my eyebrows have been messed up and they are unable to work on them, in order for them to be fixed I have to get tattoo removal on my eyebrows and then they will be able to work on it.
As for my lips, they looked great for 2 days after that they completely went down. I didn’t notice how unsymmetrical they were until it was pointed out by my new lip lady (who is amazing), I had to have that sorted.
While I was getting my eyebrows done, Georgie ‘assistant’ was in and out talking about other clients and just sitting and chatting. She kept on obviously distracting Georgie, which is worrying for the customer when she should be focusing on the permanent (which isn’t at all) tattoo on the face. When she was doing my lips she called in for someone to watch over her (I guess a lady she was training) without my permission and so I just had two ladies standing over me while she was going in great detail about my lips.
Please be extremely careful when coming here, all the followers and great after photos all same like a faze. Especially when there are no healed pictures which are clients own. It makes you wonder what a business is hiding when in their contract which you have to sign before you have anything done says you can be fined if you write a single bad review, so only God knows how many other people have had to go through this but are too frightened to write anything about it. Please don’t be one of these people, there are so many nicer and better trained people, who have the reviews, have the PROPER healed afters and don’t make you sign a contract to keep you silenced.
I would like to say that I have never left a negative review but feel I need to with this incident.
The initial booking process was good, and the lady seemed very nice when I had my brows done which I was very happy with. The problem started when I had the top up. I followed the aftercare exactly as I had on my first visit (which I did not receive for days after my first appointment.) Sadly, I was unhappy with my brows this time due to uneven colour (one being darker than the other ) and one be a different shape to the other. I was looking for this to be corrected so messaged her. I was met with ‘you haven’t looked after your brows properly’, which I’d genuinely understand if this was the case but I had followed the aftercare instructions properly. I continually messaged asking for someone to please speak to me but with no response. I phoned again and was spoken to so rudely. I emailed to reach an amicable decision regarding correction of my brows and was ignored a further two times. The most frustrating thing was the lack of communication and not caring that really distressed me plus the fact I was then told that because I was rude they would not do anything to help me.
I want to say this was wrong , I was not rude at all, yes, frustrated as I just wanted a solution. Imagine walking around with odd brows.
The outcome of this awful experience is I was told I was not welcome in the clinic and refunded for my top up payment. I feel so sad and disappointed that this has happened as I absolutely loved my brows after the first appointment . This could have all been avoided if I hadn’t been dismissed. It’s not about the money for me, it’s the entire experience being so negative when it didn’t need to be. Now I am forced to go elsewhere to have my brows corrected. Such a shame as I had such high hopes.
I took a pre draw class with Georgie and it's been a complete game changer. I incorporate her brow mapping technique into all of my brow treatments now. The class was easy to follow and included tips and tricks on tools and product usage. Well worth the money!!!
