This is the second time we have stopped here! Disgusting toilet facilities... last time no toilet paper and when we asked they said they were too busy to check the toilets. This time no water in the tap in the gents. Dirty paper all over the floor in the ladies and the sinks were absolutely filthy! Should be reported!

I take my hat off to the manager! My reciept was not entirely ledgable so he printed off a full page copy on his computer. Secondly the cappuccino I ordered was too heavy with not enough foamed milk and none of the silky smooth sweetness from steamed milk. After explaining the staff were not barista trained and they could only use the buttons, not the steam foamer I accepted the sub standard coffee. to be honest I just needed the caffeine, but I do find it irritating when one sells cappucinos and lattes, which are identical. Why not just call it a milky coffee with bubbles and save the dissapointment. The customer service staff are much less helpful and although they may appear rude to us in England, I have been told this is quite normal behaviour in Pakistan.

Good facilities, though a restaurant to sit down and eat in would be nice.
