Bought my Harley online from Mark - arrived on time, and was better than the ad and pictures portrayed. Would be happy to do business again in the future.

What a fantastic place for bikes. A great collection in fantastic condition and superbly presented. The team are really nice to deal with. Great service to round it off.

This is a great place to find your next bike. My experience dealing with Mark was a genuine pleasure and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Motorcycle Centre to anyone looking for well priced second-hand bikes.

Excellent friendly service and a pleasure to do business with, Tim organised a test ride so my wife could be sure the pillion ride was comfortable without any obligation to buy. The helpfulness knocked my local Harley dealer out of the ball park, the wife was happy with the ride, bike purchased at a fair price and the part exchange price on my old bike was very fair. Once again extremely happy with my the Harley and the whole buying experience, would definitely recommend.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a suzuki GSXR600 back in June, being as the bike was used I took the bike my trusted mechanic. I was given a list of issues, 1 of which being the engine mount was cross threaded/damaged threads, other issues consisted of damaged coil, headraces damaged to the point of which I could not turn into corners safely. I Also had issues with the twist grip being completely loose. 3 of the above issues should have failed its MOT, instead the bike had a brand new 12 months. Excuse being they do not do their own MOT's??? so they did not test ride the vehicle to make sure it was safe for myself to ride.... Now I had the vehicle serviced and granted I should not have had the headraces repaired at the garage, I thought since I had to ride the bike back it felt unsafe to do so without such repair being carried out. I returned the bike back to motorcycle Centre to have various other repairs carried out, 1 being coils due to poor start, I then toured to france on the vehicle. I immediately ran into running issues and starting issues, Upon return to the UK I have called the company to ask them to rectify the Loose engine mount that was meant to be repaired??? I also tried to address the now poor running and loss of power from the bike to be told it is out of warranty. I took the bike to a close friend who is a trained technician, I would have returned it to the garage that carried out the initial service but they are booked up for 3 weeks due to their GREAT customer service they offer. alas I asked my friend to speak on my behalf to which the gentlemen on the other end of the phone became slightly aggressive and explained that the warranty does not renew from time of repair. I was told you get your 3 months and even if there is an issue within that it does not start again from the time of issue resolve, even though the vehicle was purchased with a number of faults??? I bought the bike in good faith and by rights I was entitled to every penny back purchasing the vehicle with faults, Instead I put my faith in this poor example of a company. I will dig deeper into UK laws and contact trading standards and VOSA! regarding all the above issues, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
