In short, this was a fantastic experience, made great by a quality/well presented camper van, as well as great service from the staff (Renné and Fabio). Not only did they provide awesome trip recommendations, such as helpful apps (park4night), they explained many of the cool features the campervan had to offer to ensure we were not helpless along the way. I highly recommend and will no doubt be using indie campers again for my next road trip! Would also recommend paying the little bit extra for the inventory pack as it had everything we needed to provide upmost convenience.

We hired the largest and what I would describe as the luxury camper van model for 5 days. My first time driving an RV, very nervous at first, but it was great! The staff were lovely, both pick up and drop off. We had a minor damage issue (my fault) and the Indie campers staff made a real effort to keep the repair price down for us. It didn’t hurt! We loved the van, we used it in the winter, met all our needs for heating, cooking, sleeping, driving was easy because all the other drivers gave us a welcome wide berth! Thanks Indie Campers staff. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. This is a considerate and straightforward company that I now trust, so would hire again.

Doing a roadtrip might be harsh sometimes but Indiecampers makes it so easy due to it's incredible staff, from the moment we arrive to the depot, to the online customer's service during our journey. I'm really looking forward to explore Europe along with Indiecampers, for sure they've won a customer!
