I had excellent service from Bedfont Enterprise. Staff are really nice and friendly and an excellent service. Lovely fleet of very clean vehicles. Most of the cars are new ‘70’ plates and only a few weeks or months old. Very reasonable prices. Will use again.
Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from Michael from Enterprise Bedfont. Has left a vulnerable customer who suffers with mental health in a bad place. Do not hire from here guys!

Picked up a van today and was hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve had picking up a rental van.
No queuing and dealt with so quickly and the guy who served me was great as well. Really friendly, chatty, and not at all pushy when it came to extras.
I was even running late dropping off but they held on just past closing time.
I just wish I’d got the name of the guy who served me as he deserves a mention.
So easy to hire a car of your choice at a reasonable price. Helpful staff
