Sixt Car Hire Heathrow Airport T5

I have always had the best car rental experience with Sixt. Very happy with the car, service and price. Friendly, helpful staff and I've never had any issues. Mohamed Ibrahim from Newcastle office is a real professional who knows how to deal with customers, his attitude & service were outstanding. Jona from Heathrow branch has been particularly helpful and cooperative with us. They were both the main reason behind our perfect experience. They provided us with the best possible service, and a very modern vehicle. My family and I share this gratitude towards them and hope to use their services again in the future.

I had a very good experience with Sixt Car Rental Heathrow Terminal 5. The front desk lady, Iona was very helpful and professional. She sorted out the right car from the range. Archi, the gentleman in the basement car park, who handed over the car to me, was very patient with the questions I asked and made sure that I was satisfied with his answers to my questions. While returning the vehicle as well, Archi was very friendly and nice. The check-out was all done seamlessly. I highly recommend Sixt Car Rental, Heathrow Terminal 5 services. Overall experience was very good.

Best hire car experience I have had in a long time. Efficient service, good staff, great booking online, good vehicle under cover, no transfer before/ after collection/return, excellent confirmation with directions to collection & onward route. Happy staff - Happy customer I'll be using Sixt again..let's hope it's not just T5 Heathrow that are one of a kind. Thanks!

I have received a damage report at 30-Dec-2020, which claims I have damage the car. "Spoiler, bumper, front middle scratch > 10 cm (down to primer) " :Spoiler, bumper, front Passenger side scratch > 10 cm (down to primer) " The case is, I am very careful to use this car and never damage any part of it. It's totally a trap for your company to cheat foreign customer. In fact, at the day when I arrived to sixt, your colleague first wants me to add money to change to this broken car. He said the original car I booked was not available and can only provided a same grade much smaller car to me. After lots of discussion, I finally agree to changed this car because I really have much luggage. But he never told me that Audi has a lot of problems and scratches already when I agreed to change this car. The damage or scratch now you said I made is absolutely the previous scratches, not the new one. Its at the bottom of the bumper, I don't think I will move to the bottom of the car to check every parts of it..... The vehicle has the following damage when i took the car. It's obviously show this car is the tool for them to cheat. ■ scratch Passenger side Side view Mirror 5-10 cm (down to primer) ■ broken Passenger side Side view Mirror surrounding ■ scratch middle Bumper loading strip 5-10 cm (down to primer) ■ scratch Driver side Steel rim rear > 10 cm (down to primer) ■ scratch Passenger side Steel rim front 10 cm (down to primer) ■ Crack Passenger side Tire rear So please assign a qualified customer service manager to contact me and follow the case.

For clients arriving at T5 Heathrow, the location of Sixt is first class, convenient for pick-up and drop-off. Staff were very friendly and efficient and vehicle hire very competitive on this occasion and I was fortunate enough to get a complimentary upgrade. Standard and cleanliness of vehicle excellent. Would highly recommend Sixt and would most definitely consider them again on my next visit to London through Heathrow.
