Ordered 2 flower hearts and a coffin spray for my Mum's funeral, and sent some pictures of how we wanted it along with discussing a "floral" arch at the front of the spray with "Mum" on the arch which they were confident it would be fine to do. On the day of the funeral we viewed the flowers before sending them to the funeral directors, and one of the flower hearts was done with a dark purple patch when it was supposed to be a light pink, so we had it changed. The floral arch on the spray hadn't been done, after requesting it again they had trouble attaching it and in the end only got this green plastic arch with no floral aspect to it. Overall despite the issues they had a nice attitude and the flowers we got were nice, but it would've been nice to have more communication if they're going to change something and not say they can do something then not be able to.

A huge thank you to the lovely lady who helped me put together some flowers to lay in memory of PC Andrew Harper who died 1 year ago today. It was quite an emotional day and I was struggling with choosing the right flowers. With her skill and expertise she was able to chose the flowers that would better withstand the outdoors and with very little water, and included a single blue rose in the middle. I was so touched by her kindness and empathy, I didnt catch your name but thank you so so much 💙

Absolutely gorgeous fresh flowers every time I order. Niki is the best ! If you want beautifully arranged flowers it’s my experience to be an outstanding florist. Especially because I’m ordering from the U.S most people would be reluctant to order. Always exceeds my expectations. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
