It's a supermarket
Very rude staff and not willing to check is stock is not present on the shelves. Zero stars would be given if an option. We asked to have our electric meter key to be reprogrammed and had a code to do this but was told they don't know how to do this even though I told them you just put the key in and type the ref number in but they were not willing to help and refused to ask a manager. We went to the maybury asda and it was done straight away. They could of called EDF or called another store for advice but they just refused to help. It was late at night and no other stores were open nearby and they knew we had no electricity and made us walk 2 miles to another asda store to get help. When we told them how terrible their customer service was we were told never to come back and we are barred, avoid this store
Today’s click and collect food shop wasn’t a good experience lots of my softer food items crushed by heavy bottles and tins ,so care needs to be taken when loaded on to carts.Some out of date items put in with my shop , lots of replacements were made which is just annoying for me and the staff member who has to do it! Extra attention and pride in your job is needed
Fantastic super store really helpful and friendly staff! Amazing prices excellent choice, everyone was well socially distanced very happy will be coming again :).
Went there today. Two couples without masks plus one staff member on the self checkout who was within a foot from a customer giving help to them. Advised the Security staff who seemed to be disinterested and frightened of challenging those without a mask. Very few customers using hand gel. No wonder Woking Covid cases are rising
