I was recommended by my real estate agent to go with Complete Mortgages after my offer on a flat was accepted and I could not have gotten anyone better. Ben who was appointed as my financial adviser from the beginning and helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything perfectly to me. As I was a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and doubts however Ben was always patient and there to answer any queries I had in a swift manner. My whole process was quite streamlined for me as my applications were submitted on my behalf and I have not had any problems or backfire which is always a great sign when it comes to purchasing a new home. Not only was the support from Ben and Complete Mortgages outstanding, everything you need when it comes to purchasing a new house is all in house and I was then recommended Adam who was my insurance adviser and the same with Ben, Adam was so very helpful. Both in information and his charisma Adam managed to guide me better then I expected on what was best for myself and my partner and with first time buying jitters he was more then capable of getting me to a good place before picking up my keys. In Summary, Complete Mortgages definitely go above and beyond for you with the experiences I have had so far and when the time comes to doing it all over again they will by far be my first choice when it comes to professional help in an already big industry.

We mainly dealt with Lee Cousens in applying for a new mortgage for our property purchase. Lee was fantastic. He made the process very clear, got us a great mortgage deal and prompted us where needed. First class service here and would use Complete Mortgages again.

Complete mortgages have been fantastic end to end. I am a first time buyer and have gone through three attempted property purchases over the last ten months (the first two fell apart due to issues found out later on in the purchase). During that time, the details of the mortgage shifted quite a lot (wide variety in property values and I even moved from self employed to full time worker) but Complete mortgages handled everything so smoothly. While I was stressing over deals falling apart and having to sort out new paperwork for new offers etc. I always knew I didn't need to stress about the mortgage element. Complete Mortgages handled everything on that side. I gave them my details once and they handled every application end to end, advised me impartially on the best deal for me, arranged surveys and kept me in the loop with how the property purchase was progressing. They didn't even flinch when I said "this deal is falling apart, I am putting in an offer elsewhere", they just flipped straight into action to secure the best mortgage for the new situation.
