Terrible service, couldn’t use my car because they messed up my appointment to fit my black box. Prices are scandalous for the mileage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Letters and emails are contradicting each other, absolutely awful

Just read the reviews they are shocking should not be aloud to operate...I tried to change my vehicle that I have insured as I purchased a new one and they just backed me into a corner gave me the option of pay them £200 in charges and rises or pay the £79 cancellation fee mid way through my policy which would mean I would then have to pay a deposit with another company to get insured either way not was you need when u have just splashed out for a new car...and he customer service is a disgrace

Worst company I've ever experienced, there should be laws to prevent this kind of service because they literally couldn't care about customers. Waiting times for getting through is ridiculous and beyond impossible and I've requested my no claims proof for countless months after my first year and still not received (it's now been 2 years later and I've given up after asking numberous times). If I could go back I would honestly play £500 more on top of my premium just not to use this company 100%, I counted down the days until I was rid of this company. (It's been 2 years since using this company and I'm still annoyed that I had to come back to review)

scum company. paid for insurance for my BMW 525I AND WHEN THE documents came back it said it was a smart car?? the insurance scheduled said it was a smart car and had my BMW registration on it. so i was driving along time and on the MID it said my number plate was insured but said it was a smart car. i told them there mistake but they said it was my fault and we cant inure me on a bmw but on a smart car???? how did they manage do do that. they Canceled

I left the country for a month and came back to see that my policy had been cancelled due to non payment of a direct debit. I called them and offered to pay the outstanding sum but was told they would not re-instate my policy and they would be in touch tomorrow with a final cancellation sum, which I'm guessing will include the rest of my policy which I can no longer use. Complete con artists, no matter how much cheaper they are than everybody else, don't risk it. I'm now left unable to get to work. For a company that are aimed at young drivers, they don't really deal well with young drivers and their issues.
