Second year with Eversure. Haven't had to claim but they are always very helpful and premium actually dropped second year running. So far very good.

Had a hire car extension policy to cover my numerous trips to USA, auto renewed unexpectedly and emailed the same day to cancel and request refund under cooling off period. Was told £5 cancellation fee.. really I call this a fee for abusing my credit card details and assuming autorenewal. Google search suggests insurers shouldn't charge a cancellation fee in cooling off period although some may try. I suggest using another insurer with better customer services and that don't try to blead their customers like this. Rebecca Watson the customer service rep I was conversing with via email not very helpful resolving my issue. As I said avoid and go elsewhere.

I had to make a Camera claim with Eversure and ever since have been faced with disappointment. Their choice of Claim Handlers is poor and choice of Technical Workshop even worse. Their claim handler tells you exactly what you want to hear and doesn't follow through with their word. Meanwhile, their choice of workshop is not authorised by certain large camera corporations to conduct repairs. I waited 2 months for my gear to be returned to me only for it to be faulty and for them to have returned the incorrect items. Meanwhile, their claim handler passes all responsibility onto the other parties involved and doesn't keep to their word. As a result of all this, my claim is still ongoing and I have had to take my complaint to higher management. I will be changing provider asap and highly encourage others looking for camera insurance to use other providers available.

Terrible, had a phantom 4 professional drone which was insured with this company. It was lost over water due to a fault with the cable. The drone disconnected and forgot where the RTH location was. As the failsafe protocol is on these drones, it automatically lowered to the ground (which in fact, was sea). Could be seen from the shore as it lowered into the sea! They did not pay out as it was "a drone flyaway" although we saw it lower to the ground. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
