We have had nothing but brilliant service from Harrington Brookshaw. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased our wedding rings from them and they are perfect - They accurately matched my engagement ring despite it being purchased elsewhere. The whole experience was stress-free, which for a wedding in 2020 was a real bonus!! We thoroughly recommend them and will no doubt be returning for something beautiful and sparkly in the future.

I'am so happy with the service I've received from Harrington Brookshaw - they've been so communicative and helpful. My wedding and engagement rings were too tight before we went into lockdown - well unfortunately, lockdown wasn't kind and it got to the point where I was in pain and my husband had to cut them off. Obviously we were devastated to do this, but I contacted the guys at Harrington Brookshaw who were so reassuring, friendly and knowledgable. They advised me to wait a while for my fingers to recover and when we eventually were able to visit the store, Paul was amazing. He was friendly and took his time to ensure that we had the right size. I was called with a quote for resizing within 48 hours and my rings were back within 2 weeks (there was a slight delay because of holidays at the workshop but I was kept informed at all times and my rings were back only 2 days later than I had orginally been told to expect them). And what a fabulous job they've done. My rings look how they did when I first put them on! I cannot see any hint of a join and both bands look shiny and new. The diamond has been cleaned and is so sparkly. They fit perfectly. I'm absolutely thrilled! I will definitely be back as a customer and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, Paul helped me with everything, the service was perfect, even under the actual circumstances. They sent me photos of all the details so I could get a real idea of the size, all questions were kindly answered and his dedication was much appreciated. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase!
