Incredibly helpful staff great customer service and support... I had an issue and the staff were so patient and understanding they helped me in the process of completing the payment and cleaned my engagement ring in the process incredibly fast

Walked past, had a quick look in the window, and then Jonathan and the Team took over and managed to get the Longines Hydroconquest i wanted on my wrist at a fantastic price. Great Customer Service throughout, and made the purchase feel special. Not only will I be back for my next purchase, but have already recommended it too others!

My fiancée and I popped in to Beaverbrooks randomly whilst passing, as we were yet to choose our wedding rings. We had a look in the window first and then went in where we were immediately greeted by a polite member of staff. He invited us to sit down and advised us that a colleague would come to see us. Alix came out and introduced herself, asking if we would like a drink. She asked is about our wedding and made us feel very welcome. She came to the window for us to point out which rings we liked. She asked what material my fiancée's ring was, advising that she should probably match them to avoid excessive wear. Alix got the rings for us to try and let us try them on. She was very thorough and gave us all the details we needed and more! We decided to go with these rings and were so happy with the service she provided us with! She was very relaxed and friendly and made us feel confident in her abilities and the shop generally. We cannot argue with the prices given the quality, warrantymies, and advise provided! We received a call 2/3 days later advising us that the rings had already arrived, much sooner than the suggested timings! Thank you to Alix for all your help! :-)
