I received wonderful service from Pauline last week when purchasing my beautiful ring. It was adjusted free of charge and I am very happy with it. Highly recommend this establishment.

This unique and traditionally run family business is a jewellery shop based in Guilford, I would recommend the place to anyone who wishes to purchase high quality items at extremely competitive prices. Do visit them and I promise that you will not regret it. 🌾🇬🇧

3 attempts of visiting this jewellers and I have never experienced good customer service, if you have a question that’s not “I’m 100% buying this now” related then don’t bother.... It’s a shame as I had heard this reputation but benefit of the doubt didn’t think it was that bad here... my mistake. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I like the selection of jewellery even if they are reluctant to show you.

Terrible customer service from Stephen. The lady Vivien behind the counter was nice and called me back about a ring i was interested in buying the next day. I also wanted to sell a couple of rings and on my first visit Stephen gave me a quote for both of them. On my second visit (10 days later and after communication through email), Stephen did not remember meeting me or the quote he initally proposed to buy my rings and then proceeded to offer me a lower price for both rings. I didn't buy or sell anything as Stephen was quite rude and condescending to me. He lacks any customer service or communication skills, i left with a bad feeling about our interaction. People do business with people they like, a good rapport and strong customer relationships develop which will then led to more business through more sales, word of mouth and recommendations. I know it's easy to forget a face or to change your mind on how much you wanted to buy my rings for (that is fine), but don't gaslight your customers, you could of easily checked the emails that had been exchanged or spoken to Vivien on sales.

Amazing store, very kind and helpful staff. I regularly love to window shop their beautiful jewellery, but they've also helped me out on several occasions with purchasing and repairing jewellery. I'll keep going back for years to come.
