My partner and I have purchased a beautiful ring and a few watches from Prestons over the past year. The service we’ve received from Tom and the team has been outstanding. We’re made to feel extremely welcome and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and personable experience. Nothing is ever too much. Tom’s passion for watches is infectious and makes us leave wanting more each time! We look forward to adding to our collection in the years to come.

How happy are we that we’ve found a jewellers that looks after us so well. Chris, Vicky and the team go to such lengths to ensure that we always receive the best customer service, with the added personal touch. I’ve needed to have my engagement and eternity rings resized a few times and they are always so supportive. My rings always returned sparkly clean too. Their knowledge is second to none and their range of jewellery and watches is so broad we really don’t need to go anywhere else. Prestons in Guildford is a great Jewellers with excellent customer service. I was recommended by a colleague who had praised them highly. James has assisted me with my numerous, enquiries over the past months and has the patience of a Saint. If you like the personal touch and being treated like a person rather than a number this is the place for you.

Purchased my second Rolex watch from Prestons Guildford yesterday. The service provided by James and Chris was second to none. James managed to find me a watch in under a week just before Christmas. I can’t speak highly enough of James and the team at Prestons Guildford, they’re very friendly and attentive. I don’t go anywhere else even though I live in Bristol and it’s a bit of a drive to Guildford but they’re customer service is excellent so it makes it worthwhile. Thanks
