Awful experience which left my wife in tears
Be very careful with Orlando Jewellers as they will charge you for estimates on repairs, estimate work and then increase their charge by approx 400%, then mislay your possessions and shout at you when they realise they're wrong. Thank you Orlando and a merry Christmas to you too. Such a shame when you're trying to support local trade.
