The level of service from Basil Fry & Company has been exceptional. Frazer Clark is our Account Manager, looking after our motor insurance policies and Goods In Transit insurance policies, as well as a number of other business insurance policies we have. Frazer has always been exceptionally proactive from my very first dealings with him. He always calls/emails when he says he will and he negotiates well with our insurer to ensure we have the best possible insurance cover at the best possible price. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending both Basil Fry & Company AND Frazer Clarke to anybody seeking insurance services within the removals and storage sector. Professionalism beyond expectation! Ive been with BASIL FRY & Company since the start of the business in 2014 and Mark Davies who is my account manager has always been extremely helpful with organising documentation or required covers , instructing what could be the best option and always finds the best and competitive prices. In additional Mark and his team have always been giving me the best assistance on a daily basis and advice on the business requirements alternatively, if there were not in position to give the instruction they advised me who is the best person / team to speak to in order to get the business run smoothly or to resolve legal issues.
