I cannot disagree more. I had a battery fitted to a watch 3 months ago. It has gone flat, so I took it with another watch to replace both batteries. I did not complain, but did point out that the battery was only three months old, so they knew what I had paid for it (£10). They charged me £15 each, a full 50% price hike. I have checked with another jeweller, and the best batteries cost less than £2 each. I am disgusted with their behaviour. Check their prices before you get ripped off too.

Excellent service and good value for money, the battery change in Tissot took a couple of minutes only and everything has been set up. I can highly recommend that place. :)

Love this place. Only buy silver gifts from them. Get every jewellry and watch repaired in this shop. Completely trust them since they started in Dorking and now for a long time in Leatherhead.
