I had worked in the IT division of this office in 2009-10. very nice place and good work environment to work. Its pretty close to Hounslow and the connectivity between these 2 places through buses was much easier.
Bupa Health Centre seemed like a great idea, however the first time I had an appointment I specified "female doctor" and when I arrived they only had a male one on sight. Rescheduled my appointment, took time off work and traveled 1h and a half to their centre from work only to be called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that my doctor won't be in. When I confronted them about this they've apologised telling me they only found out at 10:30. My appointment was at 2. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend.
Very rude staff - spoke to Emma. Very slow and rude. She spent 10 minutes taking my details and at the end said she is unable to book my appointment as I did not have payment on the phone but she did not tell me I had to do this before. I made it clear she did not do this and she did not apologies and just hanged up.
