What rubbish customer service went in on a Sunday afternoon, I was the only person in the store, with 4 members of staff discussing theor personal lives across the shop floor. Was looking for a ring and some earrings, after 5 mins of being ignored went to F Hinds had fabulous customer service and got what I wanted. If

Given a quote to repair a gold necklace wanted to charge £60 for new clasp !!!! Can get new necklace for that price safe to say I didn't get it repaired

Really impressed with customer service I received today. The manager Steve was brilliant. Promised to check my watch within the hour before deciding if it needed to be sent away for a second time. Watch was ready before the hour was up with a new battery. Turns out the first time they sent it away to Michael Kors for repairs they didn’t change the battery but had fixed the fault. Steve said there was no charge for new battery as it should have been replaced by Michael Kors the first time round. Lovely staff all round, thank you! I have missed my watch whilst in lockdown 👍👍👍

Once again had excellent customer service from Steve the manager and his staff. Highly recommend this store.
