Absolutely dreadful service - avoid Davies Group at all costs
Unfortunately it is not possible to leave zero stars as that is what Davies Group are worthy of.
I filed a report with them to support my ongoing claim on 30th July. It has taken me calling them 14 times over almost 13 weeks, each time speaking with a different person and having to explain the whole situation over again, each time with a promise that a loss adjuster would call me back, each time with no one calling me back, for me to finally receive a call today to tell me that my claim has been rejected. During these very stressful 13 weeks of trying to get a call back from them, I have also had my house insurance cancelled by my insurer due to this outstanding claim and have not managed to find another company willing to insure us. Whilst I accept the reason for the claim rejection, I am totally disgusted with the lack of service provided and will seriously advise everyone that I know to avoid them at all costs. Shockingly bad service.
totally understand why they have numerous 1 star reviews, very slow response , and look for and found a small print of why they wouldn't honor my claim.ive been paying insurance for 13 years and the one time I get robbed I deal with this added stress.

Dreadful experience. Loss Adjuster seemed to have difficulty understanding claim details. Long delays / poor communication and finally a derisory settlement offer that in no way covers the cost of repair for a no-fault claim.
