First time visiting the Dunstable store.
My local branch was out of stock, I was advised in the Leighton Buzzard store Dunstable had the products I needed.
I was served by Steph who seemed to be working on her own but was calm under pressure and was able to pick up all my item.
First time experience of coming to toolstation, staff was very friendly, especially a lady called steph she has lovely customer service skills.. definitely will be coming back to visit again soon 😊
great service, always happy to help and serve with a nice smile. I especially noticed a young lady who had a fair bit of knowledge about the store who was on the front desk helping out customers with their orders and ensuring they had the best help
