The night latch on my door jammed on New Year’s Day. I found Kevin on google, he came over promptly. The door was flush with the frame, but he managed to get a card in to pop the night latch, by pumping three air bags. He was very patient and managed to avoid damaging the door. He provided a lot of helpful advice as well.
Kevin Charles removed the old sashlock from the garage's side door, which was not a simple task as it was jammed in the locked position. Then he replaced the lock with a top quality ERA sashlock. And again this was not a simple task as the size was slightly different from the old lock. Kevin is very meticulous, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be using KC Locksmiths for any future work.
Kevin was very professional and very kind did a great job.
I locked myself out of my house it was cold outside i had my baby and he suggested that i wait in his van in the warm whilst he worked.

Having sent the first locksmith packing for blatantly trying to take advantage of my situation, I called Kevin. He was professional and compassionate as I was close to tears by this point (not normally such a wimp but I was so angry at how dishonest the first guy could be as he wanted to more than double his quote and carry out unnecessary work) Kevin came when he said he would, carried out the agreed work and charged what he had quoted. He was friendly, professional and I believe trustworthy. I don’t normally write review but having seen both extremes today, I really want someone to ring Kevin over the first company I called today and save someone more vulnerable from being scammed.
