Saw a wild Karen in her natural habitat today at this pharmacy, yelling at the staff for something or other. I realise i don't know the situation, but she was so rude and no apology for the guy whose consultation she interrupted by barging in and demanding the staff member pay attention to her and only her. Embarrassing beyond belief, but all the girls in the pharmacy handled this so professionally and with dignity. Amazing service and the girls should be so proud of themselves. As for me, I had only a short wait while they found my prescription and they gave incredibly friendly service. My only advice is for them to maybe install a lock on the consultation door, to keep future Karens out x

Lloyd’s in Godstone went above and beyond when my father was at end of life. They were truly caring and helpful. Thank you guys- you made a difficult time a little bit easier.

Patronising and contradictory staff and Pharmacist. You would think at a time like this they would show common sense and consistency of approach. Instead, I had to wait over half an hour in an empty shop to be ‘served’ by three people without the desired prescription. To be told over the phone they wanted to see the email prescription, so come in, and then told they can’t and then would accept an email prescription, and then change their minds because there was a typo on my postcode is just so petty. I fully accept Pharmacists are heavily audited and licenced, but having provided my drivers licence as proof of identity, you would think common sense would prevail. Sadly not. Absolute joke of a place when our village needs it most!

Absolutely awful, would leave no stars if I could - never had an experience like it. Rude, uneducated staff. Consistently leave the phone off the hook, close the shop for extended periods of time throughout the day. Generally shocking service. AVOID IF YOU CAN

I had to Go to doctors for emergency app and upon arriving at my local chemist at 5.01 pm after being there for over 5 minutes waiting as there was a customer in shop when that person left the member was arrogant and rude knowing I’d been there waiting she then wouldn’t allow me to get my emergency eye drops so now I’ve to go home and suffer another mooing terrible pain!!!!! Now I don’t know how I’m going to collect my prescription as I may not be able to get there tomorrow to the chemist as I’m self isolating because of heart problems
