Good personable service. Nice selection of not the usual things you can find anywhere. I always find something I like.
I asked politely to have a prescription done today, and the counter assistant looked at me like I'd just committed a heinous crime and abruptly snapped you will have to wait 10 minutes. I am quite happy to wait and didn't expect an instant issue , however her manner was not what I'd expect from another human being after a simple polite request. Shame really as have dealt with other staff previously and had great service and polite engagement.
So much better than Boots. Best shop on the high street. Also has loads of useful things.
