Following an accident to my car, my insurance company arranged for a hire car from Enterprise (Woking). I was grateful that a taxi was sent for me to collect the car. The current Covid restrictions/protocol were all in place and the car was very clean.
My thanks to Luke and all the staff I dealt with at Woking, who were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone needing to arrange car hire.
Modern fleet in generally good condition. Good customer service, with an average collection and drop off time. Small site being close to a fairly busy road junction can make manoeuvres in an unfamiliar vehicle a challenge though.
They arranged a courtesy car for me, the process was smooth and stress free. I would like to personally thank Luke for his excellent customer service, he was efficient, polite and willing to answer any questions I had. I will most certainly be using Enterprise,Woking again.
Outstanding service - I needed a car for 10 days while my own was repaired. Everything regarding the rent-a-car went smoothly, quickly and hassle free. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff. As an added benefit they drove me to the garage to pick my car after I have returned their vehicle. Highly recommended!
I was seriously impressed with the service I received when I needed to hire a small car. The car was in excellent condition with everything I could of wished for. The young man Jamal that saw me through every stage of the hire process was such a friendly, helpful and professional guy that gave me great confidence with the company. I was amazed that the service included being picked up and taken to the company to collect the vehicle and taken back home after returning it, both times by the same guy which gave the feeling of a very personal service. Awesome, highly recommend this company to anyone.
