Pete saved our puppy's life!! Genuine superhero! He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, acted quickly and saved our very poorly puppy. The care and love he was given was above and beyond and a special thanks also to Becky who cared for him so well. Couldn't recommend a better veterinary service and look forward to continuing a great relationship with these guys as they seem to genuinely care for Frankie and us.
We chose this vets based on their reviews after moving to the area, to look after our bengal kitten. The staff are very friendly and professional and take good care of the animals. The fees seem reasonable and are in keeping with surrounding practices. If we had other pets we'd make sure we used this vets for them too. No complaints whatsoever.
Easy to park and enter. Lovely kind staff, nurses and Vets. Receptionists very friendly and organised. Card payments machine need updating!
I went to get our Guinea Pigs' nails clipped, and found the staff to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Was able to get a space in the client car park behind the main building, and as a Coronavirus safety precaution they took the Guinea Pigs in while I waited in the car. Excellent service all round.
Very unhappy and shocked with the services provided for our young cat of 2 years. Vet was unable to spot a tumor growing in the abdomen; a mistake which shocked an alternative vet who discovered this by a simple physical examination in an alternate consultation just a few days later. No pain relief or proper medication was provided by Kingswood Vets and we lost precious time due to a delay in blood results despite the emergency situation and a large sum of money taken up front. Thankfully we have received superior service elsewhere and our cat has passed away in the most humane way possible.
