Pre-ordered prescriptions never ready to collect, even after they have had the information for a week. It's almost as if they don't start to process the script until you get there. Sometimes the drugs have not even been ordered
Standing in front of the door, 9am sharp. Staff seeing me there. At 0903 I knock for the 2nd time after which they decide they can be bothered to open up. I hate that kind of powerplay.
Completely useless, not to mention incredibly rude. We head to the chemist in town now as gave up trying to get full repeat prescription. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Such a shame as the branch in West Byfleet is great.
Very concerned about this chemists' ability to fulfil their prescription deliveries to the elderly/housebound customers. Nearly every time my Mum's tablets are due there seems to be a problem and my family are having to chase up or go to chemist themselves at last minute - patients are reliant on their medication and could become very ill without it!
Not sure what would happen to housebound customers with dementia or those that couldn't call the chemist themselves or have family to help them. It's extremely worrying.
I do hope that Lloyds Chemists look into the services being provided and make some improvements which are greatly needed particularly at Westfield branch.
I feel it's important to mention as I wouldn't want anyone's health to be seriously affected by lack of service.
Handy local pharmacy, stocks all your usual pharmacy things, baby foods/milk and also some gifts. They often have special offers on perfume and other promotions.
If you wait for the prescription, it’s not always very quick.
They do a prescription request and delivery back to store service.
Parking is wherever you can find on street, but is free.
