Mike at Body mechanics Guildford is quite simply the best physio masseuse in Surrey. I have tried numerous clinics and for deep tissue massage with someone who knows exactly what they are doing and with friendly manner, then try Mike.
Recently had physio at Bodymechanics, very friendly and thorough approach. Effective treatment provided, plus practical advice and exercises recommended to keep the issue away long term. Have been pain free for over a month now. Definitely recommend!

I saw Dave, who was very pleasant and his physiotherapy is thorough. Being based in Guildford is ideal for me and i thoroughly recommend him to anyone. You can find him upstairs in 'Field of Fitness'. (The cheese shop a few doors away is also great if you feel a little peckish😋)
