I had a hassle free time with AX and I can reassure anyone wanting to use them, that they would be making the the right decision. After a accident you need someone to makes sure your looked after. And that is exactly what they did for me. Also gave me a fab 19 plate m sport to get around in.

They made sure I got my replacement car to me as soon as everything was signed after someone had crashed into my car. I was lucky enough to get a car like my own but being a pensioner I wasnt use to the sports car I actually got. I was kept up to date on my claims form which i thought was great and thankfully my car was ready before the scheduled date. I would definitely recommend AX

These were nominated by my insurance to handle my claim after my car was hit. From the initial report at 22.00 in the evening, I had a call at 08.00 to go through my claim, by 13.00 I had a replacement vehicle delivered to my house. They did everything in terms of arranging for my vehicle to be taken away to be repaired. I got either text or email notifications regularly updating my claim and how it was progressing. Even after I had my car returned and found something hadn't been resolved, they had it straight back in to rectify!

Mercedes put me over to AX and the whole process from hire car, repair to collection was trouble free. The off road time was a little longer than expected but this was down to the at fault drivers insurance taking longer then usual to admit liability and inspect, maybe COVID related. I would have no hesitation in recommending AX for a no fault accident claim, thank you.
