The pharmacist is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make sure customers get the medication they require and when they want it. The pharmacist and staff are always happy to offer advice on a wide range of matters and if they can't help will direct you to an appropriate organisation that will be able to. The actual shop sells a huge range of things from cosmetics to vitamins to cleaning products. The pharmacy provides brilliant service and is an important part of the local community.

I think 🤔 she is a bipolar person!!!! I called for asking if I could go if she at my Medication in stock? And answering no on I don’t have to night 🙄🙄 I don’t have finish to explain what I want, and she hang up the phone 📞 on my face 😱😱 She is on his convenes she talk lovely. But if you need to explain something about she is definitely transformer like tiger 🐯 🐯 To day I’m so angry 😡

The pharmacist keeps you waiting while she deals with her 'preferred' customers (people she considers more important than you). I look after my Mum whilst working from home. Yesterday, I went in for my Mum's prescription which was supposed to be ready. After waiting for some time and whilst she blatantly served two other people ahead of me I decided to leave. I then went to Godalming Pharmacy who were absolutely lovely. I had to wait again, briefly, but then they didn't know I was coming. Most importantly, I wasn't just ignored and made to feel unworthy.

Really helpful pharmacist who always remembers me even though I’m not a very frequent customer. Can’t imagine how anyone could give her a bad review - she’s lovely! And it’s a local independent, not a big impersonal chain. Thoroughly recommend.

Rude. I collect a prescription weekly, and due to the nature of my medicine I am treated like a second rate customer. She will serve everyone else who arrives after me before eventually preparing my prescription meaning I'm left standing there for up to half an hour sometimes. I understand that others have complained about this poor behaviour too, which needs to be dealt with by the relevant authorities. Vulnerable customers are particularly at risk of feeling "put down" publicly.
