We were referred recently for our cat who hadn't been well for a while. They were amazing and were able to diagnose him very quickly. Kaye explained everything and was honest about the outcomes as hard as it was to hear. Thank you all so much, we appreciate everything you did for Gherkin, who sadly is no longer with us.
The Stafffrom receptionist to the nurses and Vets themselves , were brilliant , everyone so helpful and so kind and reassuring , to myself , my husband and looked after our beautiful boy Beau so well . He has made a amazing recovery, they are brilliant and can’t thank them enough .Sorry that Beau disgraced himself in the kennel 😂You were brilliant....thank you doesn’t seem enough ....x
We can't recommend this service highly enough. I took my elderly rabbit here when he was very unwell late one evening last week. The vet and nurse were both caring, sympathetic and couldn't do enough for us or him. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Nix but the vet helped us to make the decision in such a gentle and supportive way that I felt confident it was the best thing for him and he went to sleep peacefully.
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. After our cat was attacked by a fox (yes, it does happen!), we took her down late at night to be checked over. The care was exceptional and genuine and the advice over the phone (before taking her down to the vet) was both vital and useful.
My cat has just returned home after a very serious operation (broken Pelvis), the team were absolutely fabulous, the surgeon was so knowledgeable, he answered all questions and I was kept constantly updated throughout my cats stay. I can’t thank the team enough for their love and care shown toward my cat . Would highly recommend this veterinary Centre
