Friendly staff and spent time giving advice and helping choose the right medication for me
Obviously under more pressure at moment but awful service today. Prescription done electronically 10 days ago. I know it takes 24 hours for doctor to confirm and send and 24 hours for them to order. I left plenty of time. Went to collect today. Not ready. Come back in 20 mins. Queued for ages. Still not ready and a certain member of staff attitude was very bad towards her colleagues. I got told my medication was rare and not stocked. Obviously if it’s rare I need it. !! Been told to go back tomorrow as they could only supply 24/120 tablets. Seems they only ordering when people go to collect. Will be changing pharmacy.
impossible to get through on the phone, they answer and hang up extremely annoying when you have to ring from abroad. I give 10 days notice for Dossit boxes and they are still not ready when they should be, its making life difficult when we have to arrange for carers to collect the prescriptions
We have been using this chemist for nearly 20 years and always found the service of Mr Shah, his wife and the team absolutely superb. Greeted with a smile and their attention meant you felt that you were their only customer at that time. A very personalized and helpful approach that engendered great trust and confidence in their recommendations. Mr Shah will be greatly missed.
Excellent service under enormous pressure thanks to all the staff for their help
