My experience echoes the other negative reviews here. If you want a basic prescription plan for at least 30 minutes of wait, and expect them to lose your prescription at least 1 time in 3. While waiting your 30 mins expect them to upset every other customer in the queue. My last visit all 3 of the people in front needed to complain about dangerously late medication (4-5 days post appointment) or lost prescriptions. I only had 20 mins to spare so I ended up getting to the counter queue (only 3 customers in front of me) and having to turn around and leave without getting my order. I used to phone ahead but after a few times when they found my script while on the phone and then were unable to find it when in store now I don't bother phoning anymore. Going to reroute any future prescriptions to Egham or staines and drive 15 mins each way for a better pharmacy. It will be faster!

They keep losing, changing, messing up, not following up my prescriptions. Every time (bimonthly) I stepped into the pharmacy in the last 4 years there has been a different problem. Awful!!!!!

It just takes so long to get anything. Not enough staff to handle the work means you have to wait for even the basic of service.

I generally don't have a problem with the staff's attitude, but their incompetence is quite astonishing. Many times my repeat prescriptions have been "lost" or have "run out of stock". Recently I was in the pharmacy and they not only fouled up an elderly lady's repeat prescription but mine was too. It is not good enough, people depend on medication and this pharmacy frequently lets people down and potentially puts them in danger. There are usually 3 or 4 staff behind where the medication is kept, moving at a speed only slightly faster than that of a snail which feels infuriating when stood in there for 20 minutes to be told, "sorry can you come back in 2 days? We can't find your medication" with barely a hint of being genuinely apologetic. Lloyds, please sort this pharmacy out and get someone in there who can manage the medication effectively.

I wish I could rate them in minus or zero stars. This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever come across. The staff is the rudest, they got the prescription wrong (twice), their own fault but would not admit it and not return the medication, instead blaming the GP for their incompetence. Can't wait for lockdown to be over when I can start collecting my prescriptions from Boots near my work. I never had any issue with them. People around here have no choice otherwise, they would not step foot in this horrible, unfriendly and in competent pharmacy.
