So, so SLOW....... and for some reason (i think for some reason they must use carrier pigeons to get the request from the GP surgeries, they're never ready!)
Ordered online for same day delivery. Early in the morning and phoned an hour before . The lady on the phone seemed clueless .
Be prepared to wait! 3 days notice and still won't be ready... Got ill waiting in there 😂
The staff are lovely but this is the slowest pharmacy you will find, just to speak to the pharmacist has taken half an hour (there’s no one else in the store). It’s also very expensive compared to other pharmacies
At least they are consistent, constant chaos, prescriptions never ready or they can’t find them. Staff constantly rushed off their feet. Poor management to blame
