I’m not happy with the service I’ve been receiving over the past 3 months. I’m filled up with so much anxiety going there. Most of the Staff are lovely. But.. There’s a temporary dispenser. Who has been completely rude to me and has shared my information to the public . And shouting out what medications I take. I’m extremely upset about this. I’m a recovering addict and I’m out of recovery. The lady treats me like I am one . When I’m not. I have it in writing from Unither house. I don’t think she is qualified with her people skills. Completely rude . And sharing my information is disgraceful. Especially to a vulnerable adult with mental and physical health problems.

I have left a review before, however, I do not understand how this pharmacy does not listen to reviews? a Pharmacy is supposed to be helpful, but this pharmacy fills me with anxiety every time I walk in there. There is one women who is always judgemental, will look me up and down and I think she does not have the ability to smile. I already have mental health problems and I am here for my medication, I certainly do not need someone like her to make me feel bad about myself, or judged for taking certain medication. Please someone do something about this! Especially as I am not the only one!

Going to this pharmacy is such a hassle. There’s one technician at the till who is always rude and snarky, but my real problem is finding this pharmacy open! They close for lunch with a paper sign on the door but will leave early or come back late and I’ve waited and given up in the past, and now the website is so unclear about their Christmas/New Year hours (the list of pharmacies is in no particular order!!!), and even on the days they’re supposedly open I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. No response on Online Doctor and my anxiety medication is going uncollected. This is horrible service.

I’ve held out on leaving a review as I thought it would improve, however now it’s redicules. I have not once paid for my medication in any other pharmacy for valid reason. not only was I told I have to pay (even though I had close to no money in my account) I was then assumed to be lying. Additionally, everytime I go in there, the older women behind the counter, is extremely rude. It’s like she wakes up and wants to ruin people’s day. Disgusting. Switching right now. I’m only giving it one sta as the other new girl was very kind and 0 isn’t an option.

Rubbish pharmacy. I admit I turned up 5 minutes before closing time, but the lady I encountered seemed to want to run down the clock before closing rather than get me what I needed. When I asked to see the pharmacist, she initially stayed behind her partition and didn't come out to talk to me, only emerging when I specifically asked to speak to her. Eventually she came out to tell me that what I wanted needed a ten minute consultation and she couldn't help. It's like she went out of her way to be unhelpful, unpleasant to deal with and unwilling to go the extra mile for someone who needed their help. So I left feeling very dissapointed and went somewhere else who established my needs in precisely 3 minutes, not 10 and got me what I needed. Oh and it was £5 cheaper than at this place, so I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
