I needed advice from the pharmacist about severe itching related to numerous wasp stings. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was, both about the prescribed medication I was taking and the proprietary products available to help with the itching. When I thought about the wide range of medical conditions that she must encounter, it made her detailed knowledge about my specific problem all the more impressive.
I started using this branch for my repeat prescriptions in Jan 2019 until Sept 2019. Of those 5 visits, they didn't have my prescription in on time on 4 of them. Always a long queue. Not good enough.
Good But could be a lot better.
This is the third time I have encountered appalling service at Boots West Byfleet. There are 4 staff and only two customer's of which I am the second one. The one who is serving is so busy explaining how long her route to work is, doesn't even think to ask one of her colleagues to help me while the other three are so ignorant of the fact that a customer has been waiting for 7-8 minutes. Eventually I put the products back and left. It's actually a shame because the main Italian chemist is really nice. When he is not there it all falls apart WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANY MORE!!!!! RATHER GO TO THE ONE NEXT DOOR.
