I bought antibiotics & had to wait. I also then bought Ibuprofen & Paracetamol over the counter. While waiting to collect the antibiotics in my car I noted the box of 48 Ibuprofen I had bought expired in four months time. I just thought I can request a change when I went vaccine to collect the antibiotics. The person who saved me first went to the counter to check, which meant if there was one with a longer expiry date she would have given it to me. She however turned around and said all had the same expiry. I then asked if I can have a swap with a box of less tablets. She answered rudely that she can't do it since it is medicine which had left the store. That I think is not customer care. I only was waiting for the antibiotics & had not gone for hours to then bring the medicine back with a genuine reason, & spoken to the same person who had served me earlier ??. Based on today's experience that is my rating.
Lovely helpful team but have to remove a star for the arrogant male assistant that walked away from the till mid transaction without a face mask to stock a shelf on the shop floor with no regard for the fact I needed a receipt as purchase was made for a friend who’s shielding

Always very helpful and friendly staff. Always have my prescription ready for me to collect. Well stocked shop. Tidy and well organised. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone asking for a local pharmacy.
