SP was fantastic from my first conversation with Alex at SP. I wanted someone to not only treat me but diagnose the problem without treating me like a cash machine as I was cynical about it. However once i met my physio Joana Zada it was very clear thier only agenda was my speedy recovery. Joanna was very professional and explained ailments in layman language and treated me without rushing me on site but also giving me some exercises to do back home. It wasn't just the diagnosis but also the root cause was discussed and exercises given to counter that too. I took 4 sessions n the tennis elbow ailment i had is not there anymore. I was also sent exercise videos free of cost. 100% professional and physio who new what she was doing. Thank you Joana and SP. Much appreciated. Mohit

Am so glad I came here instead of going to get a standard back massage (which I naievly thought would heal my back pain)! I worked with Amy and she was fantastic! She didn't just give me massages to release tension in certain areas (which she explained is only a short-term solution to pain), but Amy also assessed my posture, pain points and lifestyle. She then gave me simple exercises I could do at home (for free) to heal these pain points in the long-term. Within 4x weeks of following what Amy said, I no longer had any back pain and I could finally run with it hurting my knees. I had no idea doing these little tricks frequently can completely remove pain, it's amazing and I wish I had gone sooner. Hugely recommend.

Came in with shoulder and back problems but am feeling much better after a few sessions. Would recommend.

Poor customer care. I tried to book a few times with a birthday Groupon voucher but they only do week days until 4pm with the voucher. I explained I work during the week and they replied they do last minute cancellations and to phone up on the off chance. After trying several times to no avail my voucher finally ran out with them saying there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed.
