Michelle has been excellent in treating an injury to my hip and thumb. The pain which used to wake me up at night has almost gone. Her approach is first rate and very informative. Highly recommended.
I have been seeing Michelle Lai for about 4 weeks now to treat my knee injury. Prior to my first appointment, I did not know the root cause of the pain but Michelle was so competent and immediately identified it. Not only is she a very competent and professional physiotherapist, but such a lovely person to interact with. After 4 weeks, I can already see a massive improvement and I am feeling so much better now. I would recommend Michelle in a heart beat !!
Michelle Lai is absolutely amazing! I was suffering from a lower back pain for a few weeks and Michelle helped me to get back to normal. She knows exactly what she does and she is great in it. I started to feel improvement after the first session and also Michelle gave me instructions how to exercise at home to speed up recovery. Well deserved top mark! THANK YOU Michelle!
Michelle really hits the spot of my neck pain and always makes me feel better. After 3 sessions with her I'm already seeing a significant improvement on a real issue I've had for a few months now and that physio video conferences on the NHS couldn't resolve.
