Adam was recommended to me by a friend following some exercise related shoulder pain that was stopping me from training. Adam explained my injury in a way I could understand which really helped and in a matter of three weeks i was able to get back to training in the gym. I saw Adam the Physio recently for a long term backpain issue. I had seen a couple of therapists previously but Adam was the first to pick up on the real reason for my backpain. In a matter of five sessions Adam was able alleviate my symptoms and following the exercises prescribed I have made an almost full recovery.
