Lovely department store - helpful and cheerful staff. Lots of different brands available and personal advice on hand for cosmetics/skincare.

The location is clean, tidy and if you ignore the large amount of clearance, some is poorly presented and brands that shouldn't be instore the range is fairly good.
The issue currently is lack of staff and that you can't try anything on! I was told to buy an item and bring it back. Expensive when I would have needed to buy two items to check sizing!
All local mens fashion stores will allow you to try items on. This policy is harming sales.
Some pricing is currently also a bit cheeky for instance advertising Belstaff at a supposed rrp when even Belstaff don't sell the stock for that supposed price and then discounting it. Stinks
Feels empty atm. Good discounts.
