Customer service .Ok.one member tried hard sell.dosent work with me.Dont tell me the leather stretches lark!! Due to you don't have my size. These boots were nearly £500.for this easier to order online. I'm all for keeping our High Street stores open.
Some of the girls were lovely. I have been in Travel and retail. Know you want a sale but dont push!!
