Completely hopeless. Does not answer the telephone or it is permanently engaged, that is off the hook.
Customers are obviously an inconvenience to the staff at this pharmacy. Rude inefficient staff.
Went with my frail 92 year old mother for her prescription. Gave it in, waited 10 mins ...then we're told that dispenser had gone to lunch and would back in 45 mins! No consideration for the elderly. Looks like bit a management problem in view of the confusion in there and number of staff vacancy advertisements on the door!
